- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2017-07-31, by Aga GrabowskaWell, I am extremely disappointed with Nick and the ignorance when I was trying to get an answer to my questions after the sale. When I was visiting the store first time and decided to take the car for a test drive the service was great. I was told that the car will be MOTd and as the service was being due December, it will also be serviced. On the day when the car was being delivered - btw great service - I found a fault with the fuel filler cap so the guys took it back and fixed the problem. I had to remind them about the MOT and still no service was done. I emailed the office few times to get some answers but they just ignored me. This is just so unprofessional. What a shame!
